Returns
If your are not satisfied with your purchase you can easily return or exchange the products within 14 days after you received it. Please note that:

  • Your item must be unused
  • Make sure it is in the same condition as you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging

If you want to exchange your product, please contact us so we can reserve your desired color or size.

In case of a return, we will refund your payment (excl. return shipping costs) within 14 days.

Since we are a boutique with small numbers, we cannot offer free returns.

The Netherlands:

If you are a Dutch customer you can create your return here. The return costs are €6,50 and these will be deducted from the refund amount:

Every customer (Inside and outside of The Netherlands) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing.

Note that upon returning or exchanging any products you make sure to notify your local customs office. They will then refund you the tax and custom fee or prevent you from having to pay them twice.

Shipping
Shipping fees are based on the delivery address, and the weight and size of your package. In The Netherlands orders above €150 will be shipped for free, below you will pay €5,00.

All international shipping fees will be presented to you during the checkout.

Fulfilling your order

After completing the checkout process we will directly receive your order and send you a confirmation by e-mail. Here you can see the overview of your order and find your order number. All orders are handled, picked and send out within 24 hours after the order is received.

Tracking Your Order
After the orders are packed they will be handed over to our shipping partner PostNL for orders in The Netherlands. Internation orders will be hand over to DHL.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after the order is received, except for orders received between Saterday 5 PM and Sunday 5 PM CET. When the order is shipped, you will recieve a shipping confirmation with track & trace number by e-mail as well as instructions how to track your parcel.

Payments
We offer a wide range of payment options. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Sofort, iDeal (Netherlands) and Bancontact/Mr. Cash (Belgium). All payments are handled through a SSL encrypted connection.

VAT Free shopping
Customers who live outside the European Union, are excluded from 21% VAT. The VAT free price is listed below the regular price. If during checkout the billing and shipping address are confirmed to be outside the European Union, the 21% VAT will be excluded from the grand total of your order in the final step of the checkout.

Custom duties & taxes
Depending on the country you live in, custom duties or import taxes can be charged. These charges are payed by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over this and cannot specify these possible costs, as customs and import duties vary widely from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for more information. Your parcel can also be delayed by customs. We do not have any control over this, and cannot supply details concerning this delay.
